Crenlo cab on 820

Bought a Crenlo cab that came off of an 820 Rice special that had very low serial# for an 820, it looked like an 80 but painted like an 820 but had small fenders like 80. It had 23" tires and serial# plate indicated it was 820. Was the Crenlo cab supplied as original equipment for the 820 by Deere? I bought the cab to put on my black dash 820. Wonder if cab will fit the big fenders and was floor board the same on early 820 as on later production, because channel iron on bottom of cab seem like they are too high and I would have to cut knotch in my 820 floor board. Appreciate any comment and advice, Thanks ...

If you can post a picture of the cab, it could help us determine if it is a factory one or not. Crenlo did make a "factory" supplied cab for some of the New Generation tractors.

The cab should have a serial number and I think you can determine what model it was designed to fit by looking in the parts book.

Checked at local Deere dealer, partsman friend told me that he couldn't find anything about a cab for an 820. I showed him my opperators manual with the options available at the time and he was impressed. He had never seen or heard of them. But he heard of Crenlo and Femco making cabs for Deere on older models. I'm not giving up.
