Cub Cadet 102 Push Blade

Been messing with this 2 days and I am at the end of my patience. I cannot figure out how the frame for the blade mounts on the tractor. I have the mule drive off. I know it mounts on two of the holes at the front there, but I can figure out where it slides onto the shaft that runs across under the foot plates. I am pretty sure the blade frame is tweaked, but I can't figure it out.

the to long arms where they are sloted out go on the round rod under the foot rest just slide them up there put my blade on today. steves hilltop farm
