cub snow blade

The Lo-Boy blade will fit on the Cub, but the Cub blade won't fit on the Lo-Boy. Now if your good with fabrication, you can make it work. But it will take tweaking. Might be better to sell it and buy a Cub blade.

If you are talking about an offset Cub Loboy that looks like a regular Cub whose growth was stunted, then the plow will bolt up. The main frames of the tractors are identical.

The problem you will run into is clearance. A Loboy sits 8" lower so the mounting frame for the plow will drag on the ground on a Loboy.

The differences between the Cub and Loboy plows are minor, really, and anyone with some fabrication skills could make the modifications. T M T R A C T O R .COM has pictures showing the differences between the blades.

I have no problem modifying a Cub blade to fit a Loboy because the Cub blades are very common, while Loboy blades are somewhat rare. Frankly I think you could make it work by just modifying the mounting bracket, and nothing else.

Get anyway if it's cheap. It will need some minor modifications to shorten brackets because of the less ground clearance but bolt holes will all be the same. If ya get it and don't want to modify it you can always sell it and maybe even for a profit. If it was me I would buy it no matter what then figure out the situation. Cub attachments are getting less every day. Folks hauling them to scrap yards and getting crushed.
