I have noticed that on this forum you guys have talked about a stage 1 and stage 2 super H what is the differences.because my dad has a super h had it ever since I was a kid on the farm . it just says super h just wanted to know how which kind it is. Thanks

There are distinct components that make the difference. A Stage 2 has (usually) factory installed live hydraulics (pump at the distributor). It also has the battery under the seat (not under the gas tank) they do not have "belly pump" systems
Differences may also include starting lever position, Two way hydraulic "christmas tree hydraulic valve, and minor changes. I hope this clears it up. JimN

Thanks. It has the pump on the distributor.Battery under the seat, starter switch
lever action. So it must be a stage 2 thanks for the information.don't know what year it is I will look for the serial numbers to find out. Thanks again!!

Stage 2 standard live hydraulics are power up, gravity down. Christmas tree 2 way valve is the same option as offered on the H,M, and Stage 1 SH and SM. Purpose of the response is not to correct you, but don't want new readers to get the wrong information.
