Anyone know of a source for replacement seal washers for the injectors? Mine won?t seal after injector rebuild.

Thanks

Well i guess you will have to either go to a dea;er or maybe back to the injection shop. The biggie here is did you clean the well up nice and shinny ??? . If it is a copper washer then you can aneal it by baking it in the oven at around 325 degrees for like 30 min. Sometimes when in a bind and i am out in the field and have a copper seal washer that will not seal i do it with my torch , but in the LEARNING CURVE of field annealing i have destroyed them also . the important tools needed for reinstalling injectors are a injector bore brush for that style injector be it a power brush or a hand brush. Clean clean and clean.

Search the net for 367984R1. Lots of Roosa Master pumps used them. Been a few years but the last time I needed something Standedine (not sure of spelling) was furnishing some parts for the pumps. Dealer still has or did have the part number also.

OMG. sometimes I am amazed that I can still think to feed myself. Thanks for pointing out the obvious for me.
