What you may want to do is to contact a Komatsu dealer and give your serial number. If they tell you that it is a 'grey market machine' they often get their nose out of joint because it wasn't sold by a North American dealer. If you're talking to a nice and helpful person at the dealership he may tell you where to get parts if they don't carry them.
