dash question

New User
Took the dash and battery box apart today to prep for painting. I bypassed the dash with a new kill switch and light do not currently work everything is froze. Looking at the dash just want to see if I am correct. It looks like the power kill switch was moved from the center hole to the top at some point. Is this correct? Also what size fuse should go in? Thanks KT
