I just read a bit more about the 53 model year serial# change, I do believe that your tractor is a 53 model as the serial plays right into the "80xxxxx" serial blocks, how it was stamped without the 80 prefix I have no idea, I would still like to see the build card for serial you have, here is the info I read about it
