Dealer Stickers

I know there are several styles of IH dealer decals, most commonly the white, yellow, and blue style. Has anyone seen this style? Id like to identify this style. This is an original sticker on a Farmall 140 I just bought. It says International Harvester across the top. I can't read the middle, and the bottom says Cope & Weaver CO. Willow Street, PA Phone LANC 32824. I know this is original because Cope and Weaver were only in Willow Street to 63, and this tractor is a 61. They later moved to New Providence, PA. Thanks.
