Dearborn snow plow on Dearborn loader

I have a Dearborn snow plow on Dearborn loader mounted up on my 2n. This is the first time the plow has been on since my dad last had it on about 30 years ago. Since I was only about 8 then, I didn"t quite remember how it went on. I managed to get it mounted up but it seems really wacky.

The plow is mounted with 2 sliding pins that slide outward into the loader arms. These pins are secured with a set bolt. Anyway, it"s not easy to push/pull these pins outward with the limited amount of space. To complicate it, one side is rusted up. Is there an easier method that I am missing? I am tempted to weld in some threaded inserts into the plow mount and use shoulder bolts to secure it. Thoughts?

If i understand this you have a loader frame with dozer blade? Sure would like to see a picture of that. With weight on the back that will work really well

If it was me I'd clean up the pins rather than put someting together that requires a wrench to attach/remove.
