I need help with the decal placement for my 53 ford jubilee, can you help please, thanks Cary Lang.P.S I purchased the decals from yesterdays tractor, its a set of 8 decals

Cary, not sure what 8 decals you have, but you should find one FORD decal on each fender, and on each side of the hood side panel just above the headlight area. Pictured are three other locations. Seems there is one at the back near the three point area, but I can't find a pic at the moment. Hope this helps. PS--- What I have seen of the FORD script decals have left me unimpressed.

The Ford script decals go on the sides of the hood and rear fenders. Oil filter decal goes on the oil canister. Air filter decal goes on air filter canister. Draft position control decal goes under the draft position control lever. Pto warning decal goes above the pto housing. Proofmeter decal goes on the underside of the hood so you can see it when you open the hood. You can see a couple of the decals in the picture I posted.

Here's some info that may help. I'm not sure that the locations apply to your Jub, but it will put you in the ballpark.
The info is said to apply to the 600 to 800 series tractors.

1955 to 1957 600 to 800 series

Model Number: placed on both dog legs, centered 2.5 inches down from hood seam.

1955 to 1964 Information Decals, 600 to 800 series:

Proof meter: Under hood, centered 4 inches back from hinge brace.

Vented Cap: 2 inches back from rear edge of proof meter decal.

Fuel Valve: 1 inch back from rear edge of vented cap decal.

Battery: 4 inches back from rear edge of fuel valve decal.

Air Cleaner: Centered between hood and oil cup flange.

Draft Control: Locate directly below control lever, 1 inch down from top edge of casing.

PTO Warning: Center on read housing directly over PTO shaft.

Top Link: (Used on Original top link) center on top link adjusting tube.

The information I have states the decals were applied by hand and therefore no location was exact.

Hope this helps.
