I almost posted the question to do if by OP if he meant the “ reviving OP” from reply 30. I see indeed he did. I see he was at least back again at 4:33pm. I thought he would be a one and done, just checking how a bunch of “old coots” would react to his dribble.

At our recent crop insurance training, deer damage was addressed. If "Wildlife damage" is listed as a cause of loss, the insured must have a legitimate, written wildlife management plan, and proof that they are doing everything possible to thin the deer out, or prevent the damage. Repeated claims are to be denied. That is coming from the government.
