Deering Ideal Giant Mower

Does anyone have a copy of the parts manual or operating manual for a Deering Ideal Giant mower? What was the color scheme?

now days any decal sign shop can make them up pretty easy.

Decals did not yet exist when those mowers were made. And nothing in manuals to even indicate that they were ever even painted. It is in a master parts book I have hidden someplace, no idea where. If I had it I could tell you years that mower was made.

One thing about that old machinery is that it was well painted, and usually in at least 2 colors with trim added. Making a machine look good indicated to a buyer that it likely worked just as good. Not always so, but that was the way it was. Making a machine look good was good advertising back 100yrs ago+
