I have an oil dipstick heater i want to put in my TEA20 rear end oil dip stick hole to get my 3 pt hitch to lower. I believe i have a bit of water in the oil. Is this recommended?

You can do that, and you may find it takes more than just a dipstick heater. Once you have it warm enough to melt any ice it would be well to drain and change the oil if you have that much water in it. What are you running for oil in it?

Dipstick heater is not going to do much if tractor is outside. Need to get warmed up inside and drain oil. Must be a lot of water to freeze 3 point in up position!
