Ok. Who has the best deviled eggs?

All I know is it is about presentation. Beautiful egg plate and a sprinkle of paprika on eggs disappear first at a potluck with multiple choices to choose from. Can't help with recipe.

Yup. that's about all i know also. I've done some pretty boring tasting eggs and made them look pretty. They're gone.
I just want to take them to the top. lol .
last ones I did I used chick fillet sauce instead of the mustard. Different to say the least but gone just the same.

All I can tell you is that they are good!

celery Salt , onion salt , smoked paprika, hot dog mustard and a mayo of your choice . The mayo can make or break the batch . On occasion experimentation has been attempted with relish juice , dill pickle juice or sweet pickle juice .

1 teaspoon sweet pickle juice per egg.
About 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon mustard.
1/4 vineger per egg.
and I have been using 1/4 teaspoon of salt per 8 eggs. You taste may vary. A little more might be good.
I add a little Miracle Whip to make it creamy. It doesn't take much with all the other in there.

It's as close to my Mom's recipe as I can get.
It does scale.
It also has a tendency to loose some flavor beyond 24 hours and I haven't figured out how to fix that. I think it losing the vinegar. If you like vinegar use a little more.

Add Arby's horsey sauce

I run a little bit of onion through the food processor and mix it into the filling. Also a little Frank's hot sauce.
