Difference Between Case SC, SC3, and SC4?

What is the difference between the Case SC, SC3, and the SC4? How would one be able to tell which one they have? I've tried to research it but I haven't been able to figure it out. I was also curious why some of the SCs have a left hand clutch lever instead of the normal right hand? I bought an SC over the weekend and I noticed it had the left hand clutch. I don't think I've ever seen it before.

I can't answer on the clutch side, we had a hand clutch DC and 930 and both of them were on the left. They have an S, which is the basic tractor. The SC3 is the row crop with adjustable rear axle and either narrow front, single front, or adjustable wide front. The SC4 has the fixed wide front. SO is orchard, SI is industrial. There may be more, but thats what I know. Other than the S, they are all SC on the hood.

It is my understanding that the SC with the clutch on the left (hand or foot) has independent pto.
