Different style brake adjusters

Hey guys, quick quesiton. I have this style brake adjuster that is worn:

Everywhere I search, I am finding this style. Are they generally the same and will this style work?

Yes. Just be sure they both turn in the same direction to adjust.

If its shown as a replacement it should work, just a different adjustment style.

Okay, thank you. I didn't know if the more narrow footprint made a difference.
