Pull it to where you can get your trailer backed up to it, so that the the truck-trailer is jackknifed, then bring the tractor around to the front of the trailer, attach chain, and pull it up the ramps onto the trailer.
We used to pull our Disk Harrows and drag Harrows before the first wheeled disk harrow.. When we went from home to the 80acres the next section over we always pulled them and most of the time in the grass ditch where you could. There were no highways involved and on coming traffic was used to slow moving farm traffic???If you go to tow two miles do it on a day when your highway department is tied up on a job in another part of time.
