Disk identification

Hello, I have a disk and I have no idea what it is and I need help identifying it. When I originally bought it there was almost no paint on it. the color looked to be red or orange so I opted to start painting it orange but I'm not sure who made it or what model it is. It's an 8ft trail type disk and I have never seen any other disk that even closely resembles it. Thank you

Looks to be an early Kewanee disk with the wrap around frame. Not sure the model, but it would be '50s.

Kewanee for sure, I have the 44 plate version, the double taper bearing on the gangs was a bad idea!

It's a Kewanne disk from the late 50's early 60's. Looks like cast iron bearings that need greased daily. They were a very dull red, kinda like a faded Massey Harris tractor. It is a good disk.

Thanks, I used the disk last year and I really liked it but the disks on it are pretty worn so I'm hoping they hold up for this year yet. Does anyone stock those cast iron barings

Probably your only chance for cast iron bearings for it is if the generic ones that Agri-Supply sells will fit.
