DLTX 109

I have a duplex dltx 109 and cannot find what it came off of. The tag also has 70EU stamped on it. The little round tag has dltx stamped in bigger letters on the top, 109 on the bottom in smaller numbers, and 70E on the left in bigger, deeper stamps also a U on the right. The plugs on the bottom of the carb (with bowl off) have springs aand plunger to cap off tube that goes up into the ventrie. thanks for any help
