I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone who didnt like who she was and what she did. She was a lot starter that her persona lead you to believe. RIP Dolly

A Philanthropist and champion of children's literacy as well as all her other achievements.
My wife is an author, the Parton Foundation bought many thousands of her books to be distributed to underprivileged children.

Last year we planned on getting tickets to see her play in Las Vegas, and about that there time, they had come out and said all her shows were being canceled until further notice? We had kind of heard of her having some health issues at that time. With the passing of Dolly all flags are to be flown at half mast. This has got to be one of the most sad days for country... RIP..
