Double Bevel Rim Clamp

Have double bevel rims on 62 4000 with plate weights. Heard noise from hub area, lost 1 rim clamp. (Others loose, lucky I did not loose wheel). Cant seem to find replacement???

John Deere used them 1952 thru 70 something. Moline used on 5 Star-M5, IH used on 400, 450s Them are one I can think of rite off hand.
