Draw bar use?

I was looking through Hoye parts today and ran across a draw bar #HBD-4150. I got 1 of these when I bought my Yanmar tiller, I never understood how it was used. <E>:roll:</E>

Used to pull a trailer or anything that hooks up like a trailer. Your tractor will also need the receiver, don't know if yours has it. Tried to add a picture but it says the board attachment quota has been reached, whatever that means.
