I picked up this MATCO toolbox off craigslist, and promptly dropped it getting it out of the truck. One drawer slid partly open and caught the tailgate, which bent the daylights out of the slides.

These are the lighter duty non-ball bearing slides. 16-1/2 inches long. I'm fairly certain they are not unique to MATCO and were probably used on many other branded boxes.

Not seeing them on E-bay and haven't been successful in a Google search yet.

Any leads much appreciated.

Yea, post results if you find any, because I need one. My
Matco chest is similar. The last dealership I worked for had a
Matco tool man occasionally stop by. I asked him for the
same thing. The chest was older than he was and he seemed
to avoid me after that. Of course, it may also have been the
fact that he saw my older tools and decided he wouldnt be
making much money off of me.

Dunno about MATCO years ago today MATCO does not make anything they just brand it MATCO.

I never got into MATCO if I seen something on the truck I went looking for who made it and got it cheaper there... If I needed it now then maybe I would MATCO.

I would wager a Mac box slide would be the same...

Please do! Been keeping an eye out for a long time. I have relocated, flipped , end for ended all mine until every drawer pulls hard!
