dual power on 5610

what size fuse is used on the dual power on an early model 5610. I bought this tractor last fall . I have several other blue fords and none have the dual power. Dealer couldn:t. help, Thanks ,TC

I put 10 amp in and it worked a couple of times. I replaced the toggle switch at the same time/ I t seems to be iin low now. {f I could get it high I would leave and not use it. I assume it like an Oliver and high is direct. Thanks for the reply.

It takes 12V power to keep it in high. If the fuse blows or you have an open in the circuit, it defaults to low. And yes, high is direct drive.

Mine started blowing fuses and I chased it down to a bare spot in the wire near the transmission

No. You have to maintain voltage to the shift solenoid to have high dp. Unplugging it is same as blown fuse where it automatically defaults to low dp.
