Duitz D6806 hydraulics

I need to connect a trip trailer onto my duitz D6806 tractor with no connector on hydraulic bank..does anyone know how to do this?pls
Tnx mark@forestvalley

Long story short, you have to add the connectors. How, exactly you would do that on a Deutz 6806, I have no idea unfortunately. I am not familiar with 50 year old Deutz tractors, and they were not very common in North America. I do not know where the remote valves would be located on the tractor or where the controls would be located. Pictures I have found online do not make it obvious.

This is what I would expect to see for hydraulic outlets on the rear of the tractor. This tractor has two hydraulic remotes. You are saying your tractor does not have these?

The ports on the rear of the tractor are easy enough to obtain as they are generic. However the hydraulic remote valves on the tractor itself are a different story, as again, the tractor is 50 years old, and wasn't common in North America even when it was new. Parts are unlikely to be available new from a dealer, and would be prohibitively expensive if they were. The only viable option would be parts harvested from a salvage tractor.

Before you go off on a wild goose chase it would be advantageous to determine what you DO have. Look over your tractor carefully. Does it have controls for hydraulic remotes but just no ports?

Hi no it has no ports as such I think I would have to
Assuming you have a trailer that requires tractor hydraulics. You have a tractor with no remote valves and you wish to add (at least) one valve? Is that the case?
Yes Harry that is the case...I think one would pick up the lines inlet or/and return front the hydraulic pump on the motor? tnx marco

Hi my file/video was to big to post however here is a link to use showing the tractor and needs if someone could brief me on how to go about it...tnx marco

Hello forest valley welcome to YT! I posted about this on the Allis Chalmers forum, maybe someone there can get you some information. Here is a link to the thread. Thread on AC forum
I can view your video, but I have no knowledge of Deutz tractors. Where are you located?

Any advice you get here will be dependent on what hydraulic and hardware parts (hoses, fittings, ETC) are available to you there. Not much point in telling what you need if you can't get it.

I see a few

Yip thanks Harry but I have come right with the connection details..a problem I do have that I posted the D6806 Deutz, has a new, pump, 68 oil, filters inside the lift pump workings and in front of the seat, the filter was changed..the cover is off, I started the tractor, blead the lines, the hydraulic lifts went up and are now stuck in that position..not lowering..would someone perhaps know something about the lowering mechanism or how it works? Thanks 😊 Marco

I have managed to sort out the lift and working 100%front under the seat..is a round thing/valve removal with Allen key took out the shaft inside and turned it around..it was the wrong way for the lift release..years ago my Malawian "mechanic" was doing something that i did not see..and left many years ago 😞 sorry I don't know the correct names, of the parts..however sorted.cheers Marco
