Where can I get a shop manual for an ED 40?

Parts manual, operators manual, and engine repair manual for the Standard Diesel 23C are all easy to get in the US. Complete tractor manuals are available in England. But, good luck finding a dealer willing to ship to the US. B.J. Simms in England has the manuals - but no longer ships to the USA.

I've got an original parts and service manual here in my house somewhere, but I would take a lot of digging to find the service manual. Parts manual is sitting nearby since I was just using it for a Ferguson tractor that uses the same negine. I've got over 10,000 books scattered around.
