Hi All,
I'm still having trouble with my NAA. I'm not getting a spark from the coil and an electrician friend advised that there was no current getting to the coil.
I had the distributor rebuilt, a new coil, new 6V battery and the black solenoid unit that the battery negative post connects to was replaced.
I just bought a voltage regulator but have not installed it hoping to be able to test the one in the tractor before I do so.
My questions are:
Could it be the regulator that is giving me problems? Can that cause no current to the coil.
Is there anything else that you can think of that I can check to determine why there is no current at the coil?
Thanks for your help.
Best, Andy Keeney
