I added more expanded metal to my implement trailer deck. It should make it safer when wood is wet. I had to use expanded metal on the dove tail years ago. I found this used metal.

Now, you need to get some BIG wheels that stick out far past the body work on the truck and a giant lift kit, so that you can be part of the "hey look at me, I'm a BIG trucker guy".

In 2007 I learned It was the last year for the classic low Rider GMC trucks. I bought this truck new in 2007 and had it under coated. No rust. Only 120k. . This is my forever truck. You couldn't give me a new truck unless they make a lowering kit . I saw a 2025 F150 with a lowering kit put on at the dealer. I want an 8 ft bed too.
I think this truck will out last me. I'm lucky to put 3000 miles on it in a year.
