How do I change the PTO seal?

Any idea where I can get one?

Rice equipment in PA and Fordson House are two places that specialize in F series parts. I don't know if the seal on a F20 is like regular seals or something different like a rope packing. Given its location on the tractor it should be a good time changing it.
