F250 oil cooler question

I've got a leak in what appears to be an oil cooler that the oil filter screws onto on my '94 F250 with a 351 engine.

The cooler is about 1 1/2 inches thick and roughly as big around as the oil filter - with two water hoses plumbed into it.

How does that thing attach to the engine block?? I can't seem to find any bolts that attach it, but it I haven't been able to pressure wash it clean and get some good lights under there to really see, yet...

Surely that is not made into the block, is it??
