F4 magneto capacitor

While installing wiring to magneto capacitor and tightening nut on capacitor, the center terminal of the capacitor started turning also. Is the capacitor no longer any good and internal ground connection broken?

Capacitor? I thought they have a condenser.

Should the latter be the case:

If you have one, take a thin Dremel cutoff wheel to the end of the threaded post. Put a notch in it for a screwdriver. Take your time & don't get it too hot & don't go too deep. You can hold that with the screwdriver while turning the nut. When it's tight, you can test it & see if it works.

Capacitor is the correct term. Condensor came into use (I think) by those folks who were repairing magnetos and distributors, but the part is still a capacitor.
