Getting ready to start a small vegetable garden, what implements would be good to use to till with? I’ve got a Farmall 130.

There isn't a lot of choice. Moldboard plow and some sort of harrow (disc or spring tooth) to smooth the plowed ground is about it. The tractor lacks live PTO and a slow enough gear to operate a rototiller.
If you don't have everything you need already, you're probably not going to be able to find it by planting time. If your tractor does not have a fast hitch, it uses the same implements as a Super A (FYI Cub implements will NOT work, they are just different enough to not fit). Finding implements won't be impossible but it's not like you can walk into any local farm equipment dealer and get what you need.
