Farmall 140 Question

A friend of mine wants to sell me his Farmall 140. It has a fast hitch and a grader blade mounted to the front of it. Will this same blade mount under the belly of the tractor? The main reason that I would like to have the tractor is for grading my driveway.

If it's the factory doser blade, yes, it will fit under the tractor as a grader blade.

With a Fast-Hitch, you need a substitute drawbar that bolts across the final drives and provides a place for the blade to attach. If necessary, you can make up something to replace it.

I see the part in the diagram. The guy selling the tractor may have that part laying around. It was his dad's tractor and he doesn't know much about it. Thanks for the help.

If he doesn't have it, it's not like that's a terribly difficult part to fabricate up.
