Farmall 240 Value

I am looking at a Farmall 240 high crop that is in average condition. I have researched, but can"t find much on price. I see the utility model seems to sell from $2500 - $3500 Does anyone have an idea of what a fair price would be?

$3500 seems a little high. $2500 is ok if it is in good shape. I don't think IH made high crops out of the 240. The Farmall is a row crop, the International is a utility. Some models had a Hi Utility, I don't think the 240 was one of them.

You are correct, it is a row crop (narrow) not a high crop, thanks

farmall 240 row crop with a narrow front.. bare tractor no fenders etc.. running good 1500.00 to 2200.00 with options or new tires paint etc.. add accordingly .. I just bought a wide row crop 240 running straight original off ebay paind 1550.00
