I am looking at a Farmall 340 that is for sale. The PTO runs quietly and smoothly when in gear, but when first disengaged there is some chattering that is noticeable. Is this simply a need to adjust the linkage on the PTO lever or is something more serious probably involved? Thanks for any input you may have.
