I posted before about 6v vs 12v systems and have a little more info. When you are sitting on the tractor, the battery is right un front of you under the steering wheel. the battery terminal on the left side of you goes to a small component - cylinder shaped, about 3 inches long, and about 2" diameter. Another wire (about 8 gauge I guess) goes from the same bolt that the terminal is attached goes to the gauges. Another small wire (12-14 gauge?) goes from this small cylinder component to the push-button start on the control panel.
