farmall 350 power steering

on a farmall 350 rc Behan power steering it only works if i hold a hydraulic lever down took the priority valve off and springs are good when you remove top 4 bolts and the valve on the side with the snap ring is good but getting that valve out it was tightbut no burra on it cleaned it with wire brush anything else i should look for
