the injector pump is getting fuel in to the pump case. i have replaced the seal in the lift pump but it is getting fuel running or not. any other things i should look at? thanks
 
The scavenger valve could be stuck open. Is towards the back of the pump on the side. Round cap with a screw slot. There is a spring & plunger under the cap. Free up & polish with some crocus cloth. Should be good to go.
