What do torque it to and what is the sequence

115 ft. lbs. do a three stage torque to the final then a recheck. example 30-70-115 , then total recheck. start in centre and work out in a circle or across. i use permatex high tack sealer on the gasket. run engine for at least an hr. on fast idle then do the final torque and valve setting. this is a gas spec. ! not diesel.
