Farmall 400

Thought you guys and gals would like to see a picture of my Farmall 400 completly restored. I bought this trator with a mounted IH 234 corn picker that is in perfect shape. Id just like to find a sheller unit for it now.

Nice looking tractor.
I should be getting my Dad's 400 back later this year. It was sold on his farm sale in 1968. (dad had heart attack & died) That was the only new tractor he ever had.

Are you putting the picker back on, and if so are you painting that too? Great looking tractor!

Yes, Hopefully next winter i will go all through the picker and then repaint it and then remount it. Sure hope i don't scratch the tractor hood drivin into it haha.

Just curious as to where you found this tractor? I also know of a 400 that had a mounted 234. It sold at auction near Sullivan, IL a few years back. Could this be the same tractor?
