farmall 504 tachometer

Looking for a discontinued tach for a farmall 504 diesel tractor; part number 383090R91. There are plenty of gas engine tachs available {383089R91}. Does anyone know if there are any internal differences besides the printed rpm numbers on the face of the dial and if one would work in place of the origional ? Getting mine repaired is quite expensive for a working farm tractor.

Weber tractor Works shows one on a list and $325 by it. Not sure that means they have one for sale of not. Now let’s see if YT will allow these links. List showing tach number
