Farmall 560 Injection pump problem

I have a bad leak that I cannot get stopped. Is there anyone that can help me? This nut is leaking really bad and I cant seem to stop it. It had an o ring and I replaced it twice. I am wondering what I am missing? It is a steady dripp. I am wondering what part number this is to replace? Or is just the o ring. Is it missing a washer too? What part is the o ring? Anyone have a complete assembly I can buy? Any helpnor ins would be appreciated.

Are you sure it’s leaking at that fitting ? That hose assembly is not correct there. It looks like u have a bsp fitting on that what looks like a nipple

Even if the hose swivel is for NPT or NPS, if the nipple doesn't have the seat to match the tapered seat inside the swivel it may not seal. If it is a brass nipple it likely does not have the seat, that feature is found on steel hydraulic fittings.

The arrow is at the injection pump inlet screen fitting that has 1/4 inch pipe inlet thread, and there is an O ring used to seal the inlet screen nut to the aluminum end cap. That end cap might be cracked, OR the screen assembly could be cracked right in the O ring groove too, USUALLY the hex will break off if the crack is in the O ring groove.

It is a 90 degree to jic outlet male fitting. That is kinda of a gobbled up mess. I can get a pic from from of my junk pumps as to what your looking for.

I think you will find it is actually leaking in the swivel since it is not a come tight swivel but a full time swivel that will wiggle all the time and can be turned some even though it is tightened up in the pump. A come tight swivel as I refer to it is one that comes tight when you tighten the threads on the fitting and usually are a straight fitting. Not normally an angled fitting like in your picture. The fan will blow fuel around and make it hard to tell with it running.

It is leaking without it running. I will have to look a little closer but I swear it is coming from under the big nut on the injection pump.

here u go, was busy but got it. i just use a 50 psi fuel hose and they crimp me the ends on. and that fitting is just the normal 1/4 npt to 3/8 jic 90 degree. that mess u got going on there looks like hydraulic hose crimped to them fitting, way wasy over kill. and for your info it takes 13 inches of fuel hose plus the fittings. and inside the pump screen fitting there is an o ring , its not the regular thick o-ring so maybe u have the wrong one in there.

Suggestion , I had the seals you have under the fuel lines , they leak constantly . Suggest you get these stock replacement. https://www.messicks.com/parts/case/367984r1 , since I did the replacement to copper no leaks .
I suggest you not try to over tighten type to seal it. If over tighten then the banjo bolts will break off and that will become another problem to fix. I was warned by the diesel repair shop. Also it easy to drop the washers on back side , got to have top and bottom washer to seal. I put an 3x4 oil floor drip pan under it to catch fuel and dropped washers.
