Just a simple question. I have a BN I love it and just wondering how many (ball Park ) was made. I have read that 1,500 and some where else was 15,000. These numbers came from different books. I To me it does not matter because not looking for resale value.

Thanks

Todd

Someone else can score those numbers for you. I'll just say that when I was looking around for a B every tractor that came up was a BN. Thicker than ticks on a dog and every one was "rare". If only 1500 were made I would be willing to bet I have seen half of them. :)

Guy Fay's data book says 14967. There is a multitude of IH books, but only a few authors you can trust, Guy Fay being one of them.

I have seen many that was rare. I have friends that have photos in Guy's book. I trust him and even if it was only 15,000. that is fine. Just saw today that the low number was made but deep down I know if that was correct you could never pick one up cheap. I got mine for 1300. with a home made blade and a grist mill and corn sheller. I am happy with it and so far nothing mayor has been done.

No kidding, I have one book that list the weights for the tractors and even those are wrong!
