This guy is trying to sell this tractor on ebay. It is a farmall H. The paint is good. It has new electrical, working lights, runs good, etc. It is in good shape overall. He wants $2000 for it without the fenders. Is this a good price? I just dont want to make a bad choice.

Make sure it does not pop out of 3rd or 4th under load, take it down the road in 5th to make sure there is no steering wobble or shimmy. Tell him/ or her, the fenders stay on her and you have $1600. $2000 seems kinda high. Fenders ussually bring $300-$400.

I agree with Dave and JIM. For that money the fenders would have to stay on it. Don't let that shiney paint become an automatic sale. Good H's are sold regularly for less money.

A [b:654c4848f0]good[/b:654c4848f0] H would be worth $2000 in a heartbeat. I would not take $1500 for this one but have others that I'd gladly sell in that $6-800 range. Big difference in how worn out they are regrardless of the paint.
