Farmall M Front Pulley

I'm trying to put the front pully and cover back on my 1952 M, and I cant for the life of me remember or figure out where the big washer in this picture goes. I found a picture of when I took it off, and I think it goes inside the front cover, but I don't know.

It is the big round object right below the pulley in the picture.

It goes INSIDE the front cover next to the crank gear. Hope you didn't have the cover already installed!

Is it the oil slinger? Goes in behind the pulley to keep oil away from the seal?
