I'd try doing a google search. I do that often for used parts and usually something comes up for sale, especially on ebay. If you have a part number try googling the part number.

You don't say where your from or why you need a new one (missing or damaged). I have seen grills at large tractor shows in the flee market area. If it is damaged, this grill and emblem were beat to a pulp and I'm no body man, but some time and patience can do a lot.

That's what the marketplace is for. You can place a wanted ad there and maybe someone will read it and have one.

Aside from that, keep your eyes open. Try and find a tractor salvage yard in the area. Watch for people posting ads parting out old tractors.

Make sure you get one for a SUPER C. If it is off a C it will be two inches to short!
