We can sure help get this operational, or advise the owner/you. We need to know what tractor it is. It takes permission from the moderator or 6 posts from you to allow images to be linked. That can happen if you go to feedback Form and ask for permission. We can't begin to assist without more info. Casting date numbers or serial numbers are needed. there are many differing locations for that tag so Help us help you. Jim

A 1953 Farmall Super C model is desirable and pretty easy to fix. It may be very stuck from rust if the exhaust was left
open and it was outside in the rain/snow. Very rusty often reduces the value to 3 or 400 dollars US. If inside, or a covered
exhaust it could be much easier to get running. let us know. if you are going to work on it, pulling the spark plugs and
looking for rust with a LED light will help define the issue. Pulling the drain plug from the oil pan (almost out) to see if
there is coolant or water in the bottom of the oil pan is another analysis tool. No need to drain it, just try to detect
water there. Jim

Looks good from this side, Fast hitch, looks like front wheel weights, sheet metal looks good from here. Even looks like it's got more paint than rust. They're a handy fun little tractor, better buy it.
My Super C is 112 tractors older than yours.
