Fast hitch prong size

What size prong was used on one point fast hitch implements - the larger one or the smaller one or one just for the 1 point hitch?

The large-size prong, but a vertical piece was added to control any twisting.

Ya had TWO sizes a small prong and a larger prong . Large prong were used on like 300-up thru 806 . Small were used on C's on up thru like the 230' and the one point Well here i don't remember . It's been a LONG time since i had a Cub with fast hitch like back in 59 thru 62 , yea that far back . with the help from my uncle and a Debt to him to repay i got a 58 Farmall Cub with EVERYTHING including a small trailer for 950 bucks a year old cub traded to a local Ford dealer for a Ford tractor . And it had fast hitch . I wanted it to do the yard and mom and dad's new home that they had built an hand raking and shoveling plum sucked . Back the people were always looking for someone to plow gardens . Back in the early sixty's times were tough . Mom and dad with a new custom built ranch home and one more addition to the family due anyday and me coming into my teens with WANTS where no extra money was to be had so if i wanted then it was up to me to EARN IT. On weekend i worked on my uncles farm . I saw the Cub during the week and said something to my dad and lets just say he went into ORBIT . I deep down felt it would pay for it's self if i just WORKED it . With new homes going up yards needing worked up for grass , gardens needing plowed and oh don't forget about snow removal . There was a GOLD mine to dive into . So after talking to my uncle he said let's go see what we can get for a deal and you can OWE me . He beat them down with Cash and i got the CUB .plow . disc. harrow. ft blade. sickle bar , wheel weight's , tire chains, the trailer and a full cover heat houser . . First job was get the ft. yard fit to plant grass and had that done before Dad got home . The fall out was unreal. BUT Dad got over it . winter set in and Cubby was raking in the green backs with drive after drive plowed for five bucks and 7.5 gallons of gas at 16.9 cents a gallon went a long way . I had competition another kit had a Gravely with a blade . He also charged five bucks , but he could not stay out in the cold for long and for me in the heat houser i was warm and dry and did not have to run home to dray out and warm up . With each snow fall and back then there were many i was really busy and a 150 -200 dollar day was the norm . The prong on the fast hitch was a small one but i don't remember if it was the same size as the C' . Cubby gave way for my first car and now that i had a car a real job year round at first after school and half day on Saturday's and days off and summer months all day five and a half days a week at 2 bucks and hour that by my sophomore was now 5.28 and hour as a full fledged operating engineer with a class A book .
