Cub uses a 1 point hitch and my 47 has one on it. I don't know if the 1 point hitch used on other tractors like a 100 or 130 is the same for fitting onto a Cub. If you google it some will come up. I've seen them on ebay and some salvage yards. Not sure what shipping would do to the price.

So I guess I have to ask to find out, if they were available on 47's, what would be the difference in 48?
There are several You Tube videos of different years. If there was one to be had, what would be the difference between them? just asking

47's didn't even have hydraulics. They weren't available until 1948, so if you have a 47 with hydraulics they were added later.

The Fast Hitch didn't come around until 1955.

HOWEVER, the Fast Hitch mounts using the same mounting pads that were on the Cub from the first one manufactured. Those mounting pads on the rear final drive housings are exactly the same from the first Cub to the last.

So, you can install a Fast Hitch on a 1947 Cub if it has hydraulics.

The only thing that is different is the rockshaft on the hydraulic unit. Later Cubs have provisions for a "helper spring" for the Fast Hitch. You will not be able to install the helper spring without changing the rockshaft. The fast hitch can be used without the helper spring if you are not using it for heavy lifting.

All that said, please don't post wanted ads here.
